Q: Where are Tree Ratna products made?
All of our pieces are handcrafted in Nepal, where skilled artisans carry forward generations of traditional craftsmanship.

Q: Are the products handmade?
Yes, each item is lovingly handmade, which means no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Small variations in shape, color, or texture are completely natural and add to the uniqueness of every piece.

Q: What material are the statues made of?
Our statues are crafted from a high-quality copper alloy. Many of them are further gilded or gold-plated, depending on the design. If you have specific questions about a piece’s material or finish, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Q: Do you consecrate the statues?
Yes, we’re happy to offer Consecration and Mantra Filling services upon request. We usually take statues to a trusted monastery near Boudhanath, Kathmandu for this sacred process. If you have a preferred monastery, let us know — we’ll do our best to honor your request.
Please note: The ritual takes about 2–3 days, and pricing depends on the size of the statue.

Q: How do I take care of my statue?
To help preserve your statue’s beauty and spiritual value, we recommend the following:

  • Place the statue in a dry, dust-free environment, ideally inside a glass cabinet

  • Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors

  • Refrain from touching the statue with bare hands, especially on the face

  • For any damage or needed repairs, we highly recommend consulting an expert or contacting us directly — we’re happy to guide you.

Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Q: How long does shipping take?
We ship from Nepal via DHL. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. Occasionally, there may be slight delays due to customs or regional delivery issues — we appreciate your patience in such cases.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Shipping is free, but customs duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Q: How do I request a return?
Just email us at contact@treeratna.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Q: Are all items returnable?
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return. If you're unsure, please feel free to check with us before placing your order.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
